Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MAXIM wishes to announce that Mizumi Maxim Sdn Bhd, a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company has on 18 August 2025 executed the Facility Agreement for Banking Facilities totaling Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Twenty Six Million (RM126,000,000.00) only, granted by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad.
