The Board of Directors ("the Board") of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") wishes to announce that the Group delivered another quarter of solid results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2025 (2Q2025),  registering a 21.4% increase in revenue to RM25.983 million (2Q2024: RM21.4 million), reflecting the Group’s ongoing growth trajectory.

Hardware revenue increased significantly to RM4.127 million (2Q2024: RM1.1 million), supported by continued Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) deployments and the initial rollout of Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs). The Solutions and Services segment which generates recurring income from maintenance, kiosk operations, cheque processing, and software solutions expanded by 7.7% to RM21.856 million, underscoring its critical role as a stable revenue contributor.

The Board declared a third interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
