The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quantum Storage (South Asia) Pte. Ltd., has concluded the contractual partnership with Quantum Corporation (“Quantum”) (the “Conclusion”) under which Kronologi’s group of companies had represented Quantum across ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and the People’s Republic of China.
