Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 15 May 2024, 15 August 2024, 15 November 2024, 14 February 2025 and 15 May 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
Given that both parties needing to pursue matters of higher priority, therefore unable to make meaningful progress, the Board of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU will be terminated on 16 August 2025 with mutual consent.
The above update is not expected to have any material financial effect to Menang.
