We refer to the announcement made on 17 February 2025, 19 February 2025, 19 March 2025 and 1 July 2025. Please find the additional details of the litigation case (Civil Suit No. WA-22NCC-93-02/2025):

The Company wishes announce that the High Court has fixed the hearing for the following applications on 17 September 2025:  

1. Syarikat Muhibah Perniagaan dan Pembinaan Sdn Bhd (“SMPP”) (“1st Plaintiff”)’s application for an anti-arbitration injunction against Turnpike Synergy Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of PROLINTAS Group of Companies) (“1st Defendant”) dated 5 March 2025 (“Anti-Arbitration Injunction Application”); and

The 1st Defendant’s application for stay of civil suit against the 1st Plaintiff under Section 10 of the Arbitration Act 2005 dated 14 March 2025 (“Stay Application”).

The Court further fixed the case management of the following applications on the same day:

1. SMPP and GSSB (“Plaintiffs”) Writ dated 14 February 2025;
2. The 1st Defendant’s application to strike out Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd (“GSSB”) (“2nd Plaintiff”)’s action in the civil suit dated 14 March 2025; and
3. Satunas Technologies Sdn Bhd (“5th Defendant”)’s application to strike out the Plaintiffs’ action in the civil suit dated 10 June 2025.
