Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following documents were served against the Company (“1st Defendant”) and Low Kim Kiat (“2nd Defendant”) (collectively referred to as “Defendants”) by Dato’ Dr. Li Wei and Zhang DanDan (“Plaintiffs”) on 13 August 2025 evening via an email from Plaintiffs’ solicitors, Messrs. Lee & Poh Partnership:

(a) A copy of the unsealed Originating Summons dated 13 August 2025;

(b) A copy of the unsealed Notice of Application for an interim injunction dated 13 August 2025;

(c) A copy of the Affidavit in Support affirmed by Zhang, DanDan on 13 August 2025; and

(d) A copy of the Certificate of Urgency dated 13 August 2025.

The legal proceedings filed by the Plaintiffs seeks the following:-

1. The Directors’ Resolutions in Writing pertaining to the following matters, be invalidated, nulled and voided (ab initio) in its entirety:-

1.1. Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company;

1.2. Change of Corporate Representative of the Company for all subsidiary companies of the Company; and

1.3. Re-designation of Mr. Low Kim Kiat from Executive Director to Managing Director.

(“collectively referred to as “the DRIWs”)

2. Pending the full and final disposal of the Originating Summons, the Plaintiffs further applied for an injunction to restrain the Company, the Board of Directors, servants, agents, representative and/or any other parties from effecting the DRIWs.

The Company has appointed a legal firm to represent its interests. The Company firmly believes that the legal proceedings is frivolous and without merit, and the Company will vigorously contest the legal proceedings and take the necessary actions to protect its rights and those of its stakeholders.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
