Reference is made to the earlier announcement made by the Company on 12 March 2025 in relation to the commencement of the voluntary winding-up of Toyoplas Manufacturing (Vietnam) Co. Ltd (“TMV”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 12 March 2025.

The Company wishes to announce that the voluntary winding-up process of TMV has been completed, and TMV was officially dissolved on 13 August 2025, pursuant to a notification received from the Department of Finance of Bac Ninh Province in Vietnam on the same date.
