OFFERING OF UP TO 50,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF V.S. INDUSTRY BERHAD ("VS") ("VS-C1A")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 50,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of VS by way of market making.


The VS-C1A is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The VS-C1A is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The VS-C1A is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under VS-C1A are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
