The Board of Directors of CEKD (the “Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 August 2025 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Yap Sing and Yap Teng Wui (Ye Tingwei) (the “Vendors”) for the acquisition of 1,500,003 ordinary shares, representing 100% of equity interest in Shin Fuji Labels Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 199001008528 (200099-H)] (“Shin Fuji”) for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Three Million (RM3,000,000.00) only.
