The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Final Dividend. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 21 April 2025, 13 May 2025, 23 May 2025, 30 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 17 July 2025, 6 August 2025 and 12 August 2025 in relation to the Final Dividend. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that KSL had, on 12 August 2025, allotted and issued 56,208,129 New Shares pursuant to the DRP. The New Shares have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 August 2025, marking the completion of the DRP. With the listing of the New Shares, the total enlarged number of KSL Shares is 1,093,716,528 Shares.
