We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MALAKOF by way of market making.
MALAKOFC68 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
MALAKOFC68 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2024. MALAKOFC68 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 December 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 May 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 June 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 August 2025 and the Term Sheet for MALAKOFC68 dated 13 August 2025.
