The Board of Directors of Key ASIC Berhad (“Key ASIC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Key ASIC, a global leader in advanced Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) and System-on-Chip (SoC) design solutions, has secured a total of 21 granted patents from major international jurisdictions, including the United States, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore and the Company has 19 patent applications pending approval, reflecting its sustained commitment to innovation and technology leadership.

These patents cover cutting-edge advancements in Internet of Things (IoT), storage technologies, wireless security, and analog International Patents (IPs) — core components that enable high-performance, power-efficient ASICs and SoCs and have contributed significantly to Key ASIC’s revenue, enabling the Company to maintain a sustainable R&D pipeline while expanding its market reach.

Looking ahead, Key ASIC’s expanding IP portfolio is strategically aligned with the next wave of growth in 5G, AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things), consumer electronics, medical devices, and secure cloud connectivity.
