Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 11 November 2024 in relation to the cessation of core business of the Group (“Announcement”). 

The Board of Directors of CHB (“Board”) wishes to inform that the Company had on 11 August 2025 received a Notice to Show Cause on commencement of suspension and de-listing procedures pursuant to Rule 6.06(3) of the LEAP LR from the Bursa Securities (“the Notice”), in view of the Company has failed to comply with Rule 6.06(2) of the LEAP LR to acquire a new core business within nine (9) months from the Announcement i.e. on or before 10 August 2025.

Pursuant to the Notice, the Company is required to make written representations supported by documentary evidence (if any), to Bursa Securities within five (5) market days from the date of the Notice, i.e. on or before 18 August 2025 as to:

(a) why should a suspension not be imposed on the trading of the securities of the Company: and
(b) why should the securities of the Company not be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Securities.

The Company wishes to highlight that in the event Bursa Securities decides to de-list the Company, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on a date specified by Bursa Securities.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.
