On behalf of the Board of Directors of ARK, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed private placement of up to 9,048,000 new ordinary shares in ARK (“ARK Share(s)” or "Share(s)"), representing up to approximately 10.0% of the total number of issued ARK Shares, to independent third party investor(s) to be identified, at an issue price to be determined and announced at a later date in accordance with the general mandate pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act 2016.
