We refer to the Company's announcement made on 18 July 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT as the Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of EAH wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 August 2025 received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. Ong & Wong (“Ong & Wong”). Hence, Ong & Wong has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 November 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
