Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 July 2025 pertaining to the change of its financial year end from 31 March to 30 September.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("SSM") for an extension of time up to 31 March 2026 to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 ("EOT Application"). The EOT Application has been auto-registered with the SSM and SSM has granted automatic approval for EOT Application on 8 August 2025.
