The Board of Directors of the Company had on 7 August 2025 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 30 September covering a period of 15 months. The reason for the change was to allow sufficient time for proper audit planning and engagement of new external auditors subsequent to the resignation of  the external auditors, Messrs UHY Malaysia PLT on 5 August 2025.
