We refer to the previous announcements dated 8 June 2023, 30 June 2023 and 1 March 2024.
M K Land Holdings Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that on 7 August 2025 the Court of Appeal of Malaysia dismissed Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd’s appeals:-
(a) against the Order of the Kuala Lumpur High Court dated 29 February 2024 dismissing STSB’s application to set aside the Arbitral Award granted to CBSB with costs of RM10,000.00; and
(b) against the Order of the Kuala Lumpur High Court dated 29 February 2024 allowing CBSB’s application to register and enforce the Arbitral Award with costs of RM10,000.00.
The Board of Directors of STSB is seeking further legal advice from its legal counsel on whether to apply for leave to the Federal Court to appeal against the said decisions.
