We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 17 February 2025 in relation to the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time to submit PinePac’s regularisation plan by 6 August 2025, 31 July 2025 in relation to the proposed selective capital reduction and repayment exercise pursuant to section 116 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed SCR”), and 5 August 2025 in relation to the application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time to submit the proposed regularisation plan (“Appeal”) in view of the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 August 2025, received a letter from Bursa Securities on the deferment of suspension on the trading and de-listing of the securities of the Company pending the decision on the Appeal by Bursa Securities.
