We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 1 August 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

 

1.

The amount of lettable/useable space of the semi-detached factory.

2.

Particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by Oriental Fastech Manufacturing Sdn Bhd/YBS, arising from the Proposed Acquisition.

3.

Date of payment of the Deposit stated in Section 2.5.

4.

The name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value for the valuation undertaken for management’s use prior to the Proposed Acquisition stated in Section 2.6.

5.

Name of the authorities whose approval will be sought, and the estimated time frame for submission of the application to such authorities.

 

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
