The Board of Directors of Analabs wishes to announce that the present mandate granted by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 10 October 2024 to buy back its own shares will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 27th AGM.
In this regard, the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares up to a maximum of ten per centum (10%) of the total issued shares of the Company at the forthcoming 27th AGM.
A Statement to Shareholders detailing the Proposed Share Buy-Back will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
