Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and the Company’s announcements dated 20 December 2023, 4 January 2024, 23 January 2024, 22 February 2024, 21 March 2024, 23 April 2024, 29 April 2024, 17 May 2024, 6 June 2024, 12 July 2024, 19 July 2024, 29 July 2024, 2 September 2024, 13 September 2024, 8 November 2024, 25 November 2024, 18 December 2024, and 24 February 2025 (“Announcements”), the Board of Directors of KPS Berhad wishes to provide an update on the case management held on 6 August 2025, during which the High Court issued the following directions:
1. The Bundle of Pleadings, Common Bundle of Documents, Summary of Case, Agreed Facts, Issues to be Tried, and Witness List must be filed on or before 26 September 2025; and 2. The next case management is fixed on 1 October 2025.
