The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had today received a letter from its major shareholders, namely Hysiow Holdings Sdn Bhd, Siow Hon Yong and Siow Hon Yuen, requesting the Company to consider undertaking a transfer of listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of Uni Wall from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities (“Proposed Transfer of Listing”).

The Proposed Transfer of Listing will entail the following:

(i)         proposed voluntary withdrawal of Uni Wall’s listing and quotation from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rules 8.06 and 8.08 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities; and

(ii)        proposed listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of Uni Wall on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rules 3A.02(1) and 3A.02(2) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

The Board (save for Siow Hon Yong and Siow Hon Yuen, being the proposing directors) will deliberate on the Proposed Transfer of Listing. Further announcement on the above will be made in due course.
