The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Final Dividend. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 21 April 2025, 13 May 2025, 23 May 2025, 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2025 in relation to the Final Dividend. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, KSL will be issuing 56,208,129 New Shares pursuant to the DRP. The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 93.25% of the number of 60,276,399 New Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the DRP had all the entitled shareholders of KSL elected to reinvest the electable portion of their Final Dividend into New Shares.
