The Board of Directors of Wong Engineering Corporation Berhad ("WEC" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company wishes to extend its existing ESOS which is expiring on 29 June 2027, for a further period of five (5) years from 30 June 2027 to 29 June 2032, in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. This extension is not subject to the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and shareholders of the Company.
