Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 February 2025. 

The Board of Directors of CHB (“Board”) wishes to inform that the following documents were received on 4 August 2025:

i) Judgement in Default dated 9 June 2025 served to: (i) CHB’s wholly-owned subsidiary namely Carzo Sdn. Bhd. (“CZSB”), (ii) Dato’ Sri Delon Lee Kean Yip and Cheong Wai Keh (both being the guarantors for the banking facilities provided by Maybank Islamic Berhad (“MBIB” or “Bank”) to CZSB), and (iii) the Company (being the corporate guarantor for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CZSB), respectively by Messrs. Sucha Singh & Partners, the solicitors of MBIB, and the Notice pursuant to Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 4 August 2025 filed against CZSB (collectively, “JD1”); and 

ii) Judgement in Default dated 9 June 2025 served to: (i) CHB’s wholly-owned subsidiary namely Carzo Import Sdn. Bhd. (“CISB”), (ii) Dato’ Sri Delon Lee Kean Yip and Cheong Wai Keh (both being the guarantors for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CISB), and (iii) the Company (being the corporate guarantor for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CISB), respectively by Messrs. Sucha Singh & Partners, the solicitors of MBIB, and the Notice pursuant to Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 4 August 2025 filed against CISB (collectively, “JD2”).
