EXPIRY OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU") BETWEEN BUMI ARMADA BERHAD ("BUMI ARMADA" OR "COMPANY") AND THE OFFSHORE BUSINESS OF MISC BERHAD ("MISC")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 28 May 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.


The Board of Directors of Bumi Armada wishes to announce that BAB and MISC have mutually agreed not to pursue the Proposed Merger. The MOU will lapse on 14 August 2025 pursuant to the terms of the MOU.


Bumi Armada will continue to pursue strategic growth opportunities, supported by its robust financial position.
