Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 31 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal of 100% Equity Interest held in Layar Kekal (M) Sdn Bhd, Samasys Sdn Bhd and Tirai Gemilang Sdn Bhd by TRIplc Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puncak for a total cash consideration of RM3.00 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's request for additional information on 1 August 2025.
