On behalf of the Board of Directors of UMS (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that trading in UMS Shares is expected to commence on the Main Market of Bursa Securities effect from 9:00 a.m. (Kuala Lumpur time) on Friday, 1 August 2025 (“Listing Date”). The Board wishes to advise that the listing reference price of UMS Shares on the Listing Date will be RM5.00. The listing reference price was calculated based on the closing market price of UMS Shares traded on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”) of Singapore Dollar (“SGD”) 1.52 on 31 July 2025, multiplied by the closing SGD:RM exchange rate at the 5.00 p.m. middle rate on the same day of SGD1.00:RM3.2910, as extracted from the website of Bank Negara Malaysia.
