Reference is made to the Company’s prospectus dated 15 January 2024 that was issued in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 February 2024. The Company has raised a total gross proceeds of RM71.03 million from the IPO (“IPO Proceeds”).
The Board of Directors of Wentel ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of RM25.03 million of IPO Proceeds which have been earmarked to part finance the purchase of new machinery and equipment, by 24 months up to 5 August 2027.
