We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CYPARK by way of market making. The CYPARK-CL is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The CYPARK-CL is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The CYPARK-CL is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under CYPARK-CL are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of CYPARK-CL is set out in the attachment.
