The payment of the single-tier final dividend of 0.8 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the 62nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 18 September 2025. Please refer to the Notice of AGM of the Company dated 31 July 2025, which makes reference to the above-mentioned dates.
