In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-
1. A brief description (e.g. whether land or building). 2. The approximate age of the buildings. 3. Where the real estate consists of buildings, the following: (i) the amount of lettable space; (ii) the amount of lettable space available for letting and the occupancy; and (iii) the percentage of occupancy 4. Particular of any guarantees given by the Group to the Purchaser. 5. In the case of consents or approvals from the relevant authorities, to name the authorities and the estimated time frame for submission of the application to such authority.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 July 2025 (“Announcement”) and the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 30 July 2025 (Reference No. IQL-30072025-00001) in relation to the above subject matter (“Bursa Query”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
The Company wishes to furnish additional information as per Bursa Query for public release:
1. A brief description (e.g. whether land or building).
Property A: Freehold vacant land measuring approximately 7,336.9499 square meters. Property B: Freehold vacant land measuring approximately 1,392.1185 square meters.
2. The approximate age of the buildings.
There is no building on the vacant land.
3. Where the real estate consists of buildings, the following:
(i) the amount of lettable space;
Not applicable as Property A and Property B have no buildings attached.
(ii) the amount of lettable space available for letting and the occupancy; and
Not applicable as Property A and Property B have no buildings attached.
(iii) the percentage of occupancy
Not applicable.
4. Particular of any guarantees given by the Group to the Purchaser.
There are no guarantees to be provided by the Group to the Purchaser pursuant to the Proposed Disposal.

The Proposed Disposal is not subject to any consents or approvals from relevant authorities.
