Reference is made to FHB’s earlier announcement dated 13 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance (“Earlier Announcement”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.

On behalf of FHB, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”) wishes to clarify that the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance includes the interest to be paid by SUSB to FHB from the LPD up to the completion of the development project by SUSB, namely KLCC2, of up to RM30.00 million (“SUSB Remaining Interest”).

Additionally, Kenanga IB would like to clarify that the highest percentage ratio applicable for the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad based on the latest audited consolidated NA attributable to the owners of FHB as at 31 December 2024 is 11.42%.

Save for the above, all other information in the Company’s announcement dated 13 June 2025 shall remain unchanged.
