Reference is made to the announcements dated on 28 January 2025, 18 February 2025, 26 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 30 May 2025, 30 June 2025 and 28 July 2025 on the Joint Ventures (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of FHB, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to clarify that the highest percentage ratio applicable for the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad based on the latest audited consolidated NA attributable to the owners of FHB as at 31 December 2024 is 12.02%.
Save for the above, all other information in the Company’s announcement dated 28 July 2025 shall remain unchanged.
