Reference is made to the announcements dated on 28 January 2025, 18 February 2025, 26 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 30 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 on the Joint Ventures (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
1. the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance comprising:
a. the proposed provision of financial assistance to DLSB by FHB amounting to RM45.95 million; and
b. the proposed provision of financial assistance to ASB by FHB amounting to RM39.56 million, and
2. the proposed variation to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the settlement amount in relation to the Joint Ventures (“Proposed Variation”),
(collectively, referred to as the “Proposals”).
