On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the additional listing application in relation to the Proposed Employee Share Scheme has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 28 July 2025.

For avoidance of doubt, M&A Securities also wishes to clarify that the defined term “Proposed Share Grant Plan” as stated in the earlier announcement is redefined as “Proposed Employee Share Scheme” for better clarity.
