The Board of Directors of Digistar wishes to announce that the Company has on 28 July 2025 received a notice in writing dated 28 July 2025 pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 from UHY Malaysia PLT ("UHY") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and Group ("Digistar Group") and in replacement thereof,  PKF PLT (“PKF”), will be appointed as Auditors of Digistar Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2025 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. The appointment of PKF is subject to the receipt of the written consent to act as Auditors from PKF pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

The resignation of UHY is based on mutual consent and the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") is of the view that such change will enable the Company and Group to benefit from fresh perspectives and views of another professional audit firm.

Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters or circumstances that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the written consent has been received.
