We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 18 May 2023 in respect of extension of timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the initial public offering.

The Board wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the use of proceeds raised from 40,476,000 new Securemetric Shares, which were issued at RM0.139 each, were listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pursuant to Securemetric’s private placement exercise on 3 August 2021 (“Private Placement”).
