The Board has approved the change of the Company's financial year end ("FYE") from 30 June to 31 December. The next set audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025 (18 months). Thereafter, the FYE shall be 31 December for subsequent years. The change is to allow additional time to assess the Group's financial position and improve operational efficiency, while enabling better management of financial and manpower resources to support business execution.
