Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture between Kaizen Owner Association Management Services LLC and 21 Estates Group FZCO ("Announcement").
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
UEM Edgenta wishes to announce that on 17 July 2025, the JV Company, namely DuaSatu FZ L.L.C, has been incorporated.
The Certificate of Incorporation, Service Licence and Summary of Registration Certificate were issued on 24 July 2025 upon the verification of the Articles of Association by the Expo City Dubai Authority.
