Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 14 February 2025 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had approved the application for extension of time up to 26 July 2025 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
On behalf of Ivory, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 July 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 25 July 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).
The outcome of the application of the said EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
