The Board of Directors (“Board”) of SHL wishes to announce that the Board has recommended a final dividend of 12.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Thirty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The date of entitlement to dividend and the date of dividend payment will be announced at a later date.
