We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KPJ by way of market making.
The KPJ-C27 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The KPJ-C27 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The KPJ-C27 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 May 2025.
The salient terms of the KPJ-C27 are set out in the attachment.
