The Board of Directors of WZB wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 July 2025 incorporated a new subsidiary company, namely, Wang-Zheng Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“WZSPL”). A Certificate Confirming Incorporation of Company of WZSPL dated 22 July 2025 has been issued by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). The issued share capital of WZSPL is SGD1.00, comprising 1 ordinary share of SGD1.00 and WZSPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WZB. The principal activities of WZSPL are to carry out marketing, distributing and trading a wide range of personal healthcare, hygiene, household products, processed paper products and related services, both online and offline.

The incorporation of WZSPL is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of WZB for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of the Directors, major shareholders, and/or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interests in the incorporation of WZSPL.
