The Board of Directors of AZRB wishes to clarify that the delay in making an announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa”) was due to the Company being, at all material times, engaged in genuine and good faith negotiations with the Petitioner in an effort to resolve the matter amicably.
