Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HI Mobility wishes to announce that HI Mobility and its subsidiaries (“HI Mobility Group” or “the Group”) have entered into various RRPTs with the related parties for the period from the date of listing of HI Mobility on 28 March 2025 (“Listing Date”) to 18 July 2025. The Audit Committee of the Company has also reviewed the details of the estimated RRPTs entered/to be entered into by HI Mobility Group with its related parties from the Listing Date up to 30 June 2026 (being the tentative date of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company). The RRPTs, details of which are set out in the attachment, have by way of aggregation exceeded 1% of the consolidated net assets of the Group as at 30 April 2025 i.e. 1.68%.
