We refer to the announcements dated 17 April 2025, 24 April 2025 and 13 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that on 17 July 2025, FHB, BDSB and SUSB had entered into an addendum to the Shareholders’ Agreement to amend certain terms and conditions therein.

Consequently, FHB, BDSB and CHGPB had entered into a deed of revocation on even date for the purpose of revoking and rescinding the Subscription Agreement and the corporate guarantee granted pursuant to the Subscription Agreement upon the terms and conditions therein.
