Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 August 2010, 9 September 2010, 13 September 2010, 7 October 2010 and 29 April 2025 regarding the disclosure on MGB’s investment in the Independent Power Plant in India (“IPP”) in India by its subsidiary, Mudajaya Corporation Berhad in RKM Powergen Private Limited (“RKM”). The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to provide some recent developments in relation to this IPP that involved a Director of RKM and some the companies in which the person holds Directorships.
