PETALING JAYA: Insights Analytics Bhd
has secured a contract from Tele Kenyalang Engineering Sdn Bhd to act as sub-contractor for the construction, digitalisation, smart systems integration and external works at the Upper Lanang 33/11 kilovolts substation in Sibu, Sarawak, worth RM12.24mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the water technology solutions provider said the contract will commence on May 7, 2026, over a period of 16 months, to be completed on Sept 6, 2027.
“The project is subject to operational, construction, and regulatory risks. However, these are considered manageable within the ordinary course of business.
“The board of directors does not foresee any exceptional risk factors arising from this project.”
